Spooltech, a leading manufacturer of custom designed steel spools, cradles, skids, containers, tanks, and pressure vessels is excited to announce the newest member of their team, Ken Grantham. Ken has over 25 years of sales experience, business development, sales training, marketing, various leadership roles and executive management across several industries and companies. Ken is a native Houstonian and graduated Stephen F. Austin with a BBA in Marketing. He has spent the last 12 plus years in upstream oil and gas and maritime sales of products, services and solutions, calling upon Tier 1 Contractors, EPC companies, Vessel Owners and Drilling Operators, while experiencing success and being recognized by clients, peers and management as an inspiring leader and a genuine salesman with strong ethics and team leader.

Over the past 25 years Ken’s experiences and accomplishments range from managing his own CD-Rom manufacturing, packaging and printing company which earned recognition within The Houston 100, to Sr. Business Analyst for an international consulting firm which included the roles of Business Consultant, Business Development Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager, while overseeing accounts for several B2B and B2C companies. 

Ken has played pivotal roles within sales management for organizations such as Oceaneering and Forum Energy with an emphasis on deep water projects, newly engineered applications for manufacturer’s providing ROV’s and purpose built subsea tooling for subsea survey and marine construction companies specializing in underwater construction, well intervention, P&A, Decommissioning, IRM, geophysical surveys and environmental analysis.

Ken enjoys working in Sales, building long term relationships with his clients, hunting, fly fishing, jeeping, domestic travel, Texas BBQ and Southern Louisiana cooking!
